Digicraft restructured the PR and communication strategies of the CAP-BuSS administrator, National Board for Small Scale Industries (NBSSI) (which is now the Ghana Enterprises Agency) to meet the high demand for information on the intervention.

This fostered transparency between the beneficiaries and NBSSI while improving the visibility of the board. This was achieved through arranged media engagements, interviews, and public forums as well as embarking on a nationwide testimonial and documentary shoot which sort to turn beneficiaries into advocates of the intervention.
